RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How to Initiate a Return / Refund

• To start a return, contact us at support@starcrushshop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
• Please attach images of the product if there was a mistake with the order (wrong size / defect / etc).  
• We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Free of damage, odors, or alterations
• In original packaging with tags attached

REFUNDS

• For eligible refunds (wrong/defective items only), we will provide a replacement or refund
• Refunds to original payment method are only provided if we cannot offer a suitable replacement
