Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
Each shirt is made to order, so allow 2–5 business days for production. After that, standard shipping is 3–7 business days, or 1–3 business days with expedited. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–12 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Issues

What's your return policy?
Email support@starcrushshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and shipping label. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right — either a free replacement or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible. Just email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

What if my package hasn't arrived?
Contact us within 30 days of the carrier's estimated delivery date and we'll open a lost-in-transit claim.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order returns to us, we can reship to a corrected address (reship postage may apply).
