How long does it take to receive my order?
Each shirt is made to order, so allow 2–5 business days for production. After that, standard shipping is 3–7 business days, or 1–3 business days with expedited. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–12 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout, and we never see or store your full card details. You can also check out with trusted options like Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What size should I order? / What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a roomier fit or sizing down for a fitted look. Every product page has a full size guide in both inches and centimeters — check the measurements against a shirt you already own for the best match.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. Since each item is made to order, exchanges work as a return plus a new order. Email support@starcrushshop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll walk you through it. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right — either a free replacement or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible. Just email us with photos within 30 days of delivery.
What if my package hasn't arrived?
Contact us within 30 days of the carrier's estimated delivery date and we'll open a lost-in-transit claim.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order returns to us, we can reship to a corrected address (reship postage may apply).
About the Brand
Where are your products made?
Our apparel is printed to order in the United States through our print partner. Designing and running the brand happens in the Chicagoland area — we're a small operation building this one order at a time.
What makes Starcrush Threads different from other astrology merch?
Most astrology apparel feels generic — a symbol slapped on a shirt. We fuse zodiac identity with pop-culture nostalgia (think 90s sitcom fonts, retro sports jerseys, and vaporwave 80s designs) so each piece feels like something you'd actually wear, not a novelty gift-shop item.
Product Care
How should I wash and care for my shirt?
To keep the print looking its best, machine wash cold inside-out on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the design. Our prints are made to last, but hot water and high-heat drying can shorten the life of any printed garment.
Will the print crack or fade over time?
Our designs are printed using direct-to-garment technology that soaks the ink into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so the print stays soft and holds up well through regular washing. Following the care instructions above keeps colors vivid wash after wash.
Can I put my shirt in the dryer?
You can, but for the longest-lasting print we recommend tumble drying on low or hanging to dry. High heat is the main thing that wears down any printed garment over time, so lower heat keeps both the fabric and the design looking their best.
