Returns & Exchanges
Email support@starcrushshop.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item, the issue, and the shipping label so we can help quickly.
If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date so we can investigate a lost-in-transit claim.
We’ll make it right
For damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund if a suitable replacement isn’t possible.
What isn’t eligible
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or preference. If you’re unsure about fit, check the size guide or email us—we’re happy to help.

If an address was entered incorrectly and an order returns, we can reship once a new address is confirmed (reship postage may apply).
