Returns & Exchanges

Email support@starcrushshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item, the issue, and the shipping label so we can help quickly.

If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date so we can investigate a lost-in-transit claim.

We’ll make it right

For damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund if a suitable replacement isn’t possible.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be: 

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Free of damage, odors, or alterations
  • In original packaging with tags attached

Notes

  • Contact us first—unapproved returns can’t be accepted.

  • If an address was entered incorrectly and an order returns, we can reship once a new address is confirmed (reship postage may apply).
